Worship & Prayer
Acolytes
Assist worship by carrying cross, torches, Gospel book, lighting candles and other tasks during worship. Young and not-so-young are welcome.
Altar Guild
An essential and often invisible ministry that serves the primary purpose of make preparations for worship services.
Centering Prayer
Thursdays at 9:30am
Flower Guild
Prepare flower arrangements for the altar for the worship services.
Lay Eucharistic Ministers
Lay persons licensed by the Episcopal Authority to administer the chalice at a celebration of Holy Communion.
Lectors
Individuals who are scheduled to read scriptural lessons or to offer the prayers on behalf of the gathered people at scheduled services.
Morning Prayer
Prayer Ministry
Providing prayer support and healing prayers as requested.
Prayer Ministry/Unction
Trained and appointed individuals who make themselves available to pray personally with parishioners during the distribution of Holy Communion at 8:00 and 10:00 am services.
Sunday 10am Holy Eucharist Rite II
This service features the stately worship (Rite 2) of the Episcopal Church. This service is appealing to all ages and except in the summer there is a choir and hymns from the Episcopal hymnal are sung.  We celebrate the Eucharist (holy communion) each Sunday) This service lasts about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Sunday 5pm Evening Eucharist
This brief Eucharist (40 minutes) features simple music, preaching and prayer.
Sunday 8am Holy Eucharist Rite I
This service features traditional (Elizabethan) language and organ music but no hymns sung.  It is a (Rite1) Eucharist, or holy communion. As with all services all baptized Christians are welcome to receive communion. This service lasts about an hour.
Sunday Sermon Recording
It is our practice to post Sunday sermons on our website. We need someone to take responsibility for the recording and posting.
Wednesday 12:15pm Holy Eucharist
This weekday Eucharist often celebrates one of the lesser known saints. There is no music and the service lasts about 40 minutes.
