Stations of the Cross
WHAT ARE YOU DOING AT 4PM FRIDAY?
From 4 to 4:30 each Friday afternoon in Lent you are invited to travel the Way of the Cross at St. James. Perhaps you have never noticed, but we have fourteen Stations of the Cross in the church depicting incidents in the narrative of Christ's passion from Pilate's house to the entombment. This is a devotional service in which each station is visited in turn with a pause for a reading, a collect and a time for meditation. Consider joining us in the stillness of the Church as we walk with our Lord on his final earthly journey.
We are so proud of our parish and we want to make sure that you have the information you need so that you can fully participate in our worship and activities. We will endeavor to keep information as current as possible, and encourage you to join us in our mission "to know Christ and to make Him known." Please let us know what we can do to better serve you and witness to the love of God.
